Operating within DRC inland routes presents a series of severe logistical and physical challenges. Fleet drivers must frequently transition between city roads and rugged local access roads. When navigating bumpy unpaved paths with 80-ton payloads, the entire vehicle experiences heavy shocks. Due to the combined pressure of heavy loads and constant bumps, structural deformation problems often occur on standard trailers, such as the gooseneck bending and the chassis warping. Furthermore, traditional detached side wideners require time-consuming manual assembly, making the loading process incredibly slow.
To address these structural and efficiency requirements, this lowbed trailer is designed with significant upgrades. We adopted a wider main beam and side beam design featuring a double-layer bottom plate and three specialized gooseneck reinforcement points. This provides unmatched rigidity and completely eliminates the risk of gooseneck fracture. To enable the semi-trailer to withstand greater impact forces, the platform structure incorporates a dense arrangement of cross and vertical supports. Additionally, the integrated pull-out hinged side wideners eliminate the hassle of manual assembly, making loading effortless, while upgraded wider spring ladders ensure the safe loading of crawler machinery.
To guarantee ultimate reliability and performance, the entire vehicle is assembled using high-quality components. The chassis features three 16-ton ZY brand axles and an 8mm thick 5-point reinforced heavy-duty mechanical suspension to easily absorb severe road shocks and keep the massive payload stable. For the tires, twelve premium 315/80R22.5 Triangle brand tires provide far superior driving stability under heavy loads. Finally, utilizing globally recognized brand components like the WABCO braking system, JOST 90# kingpin, and JOST 28-ton landing gear ensures a low failure rate and easy local maintenance in the DRC.
