A long-time client in Liberia contacted us again, wanting to purchase several more flatbed semi trailers. After communication, we learned that the client planned to use them to transport large goods such as containers and machinery. Based on the client’s needs, we designed this 3 axles flatbed semi trailer, perfectly meeting their requirements. Furthermore, this client had previously purchased 5 units semi trailers from our company and had an excellent experience, so they were very satisfied with the quality of our trailers. After we submitted a quote, the client quickly paid a deposit.
The normal production time for a flatbed semi-trailer is about 30 days, but this customer wanted us to shorten the production time. So after communicating with the factory, we brought forward the production plan for the customer’s order, and the original 30 days production time was compressed to 20 days. After 20 days, we provided the customer with pictures and videos of the completed semi-trailer. After receiving the video, the customer was very satisfied with the appearance of the product and said that he would buy more semi-trailers in the future.
For these 10 semi-trailers, we have achieved a balance between quality and price. We use various brand-name parts such as ZY brand axles, JOST brand landing gear, king pins. These brand-name parts have a longer service life, stronger load-bearing capacity, and spare parts of them are easy to purchase locally, which can greatly reduce the failure rate of the semi trailers and reduce the losses caused to customers due to work stoppages and production shutdowns.
In addition to branded parts, we’ve incorporated some excellent design features into the semi trailers, such as a new type of bumper that’s more robust and durable than the older model. This provides excellent protection for the rear of the semi trailer and helps prevent greater injuries or fatalities in rear-end collisions with smaller cars. Furthermore, the rear is equipped with two push blocks directly connected to the main beam, facilitating the use of loaders or other machinery to assist in navigating slopes when stuck or going uphill, thus preventing damage to the semi trailer.
