A customer from the Democratic Republic of Congo found our company through a website search; he wanted to purchase a cargo truck chassis. After communicating with the customer, we discovered he wanted a SINOTRUK brand chassis, so we recommended the SINOTRUK HOWO TX 400HP 8×4 50 Tons Cargo Truck Chassis. The customer was satisfied with our price after receiving the quote, and after learning more about our company, we received a deposit from him. After a month of production, production is now complete and awaiting shipment.
The SINOTRUK truck chassis, by installing different types of cargo boxes, such as flatbed, box, and tank types, and through various modifications and configurations, can meet diverse transportation and operational needs. Equipped with a 400-horsepower WEICHAI engine, it provides ample power reserves, easily handling acceleration, hill climbing, and heavy-load driving. Employing advanced fuel injection technology, turbocharging technology, or a hybrid system, it achieves good fuel efficiency by optimizing the combustion process and power transmission. The fuel tank, made of aluminum alloy, is lightweight, has good ductility and deformation resistance, and offers high safety.
The cargo truck chassis uses 12.00R24 tires. These tires feature a large section width and high ply rating, enabling them to withstand significant weight. A single tire can carry a load exceeding 4000 kg, and even dual tires can meet the demands of heavy-duty transport, making them suitable for long-haul freight and other applications. Utilizing an optimized tread compound and tread pattern design, such as a continuous mixed block pattern, they not only provide powerful driving and braking capabilities but also effectively distribute wear, extending tire life. This reduces replacement frequency and lowers operating costs.
Routine checks of the braking components are necessary during truck use: At each maintenance check, inspect the wear of components such as brake discs, brake pads, brake lines, and brake calipers. If the brake pad thickness is less than the specified value, replace them promptly; if the brake discs are unevenly worn or cracked, repair or replacement is required. Monthly checks should be conducted on all bolts and nuts on the chassis, including connections to the suspension system, drive shaft, and braking system. If any bolts are found to be loose, tighten them immediately to ensure secure chassis component connections. This effectively extends the service life of the truck chassis and ensures vehicle safety and reliability.
