Routine checks of the braking components are necessary during truck use: At each maintenance check, inspect the wear of components such as brake discs, brake pads, brake lines, and brake calipers. If the brake pad thickness is less than the specified value, replace them promptly; if the brake discs are unevenly worn or cracked, repair or replacement is required. Monthly checks should be conducted on all bolts and nuts on the chassis, including connections to the suspension system, drive shaft, and braking system. If any bolts are found to be loose, tighten them immediately to ensure secure chassis component connections.
