Swing Arm Garbage Truck Cargo Box

The cargo box of the SINOTRUK HOWO garbage truck is a metal welded part, which is available in both open and sealed forms. When the bulk goods are loaded into the cargo box, hang the hanging chain and operate the swing arm to lift the cargo box onto the truck. When unloading, operate the swing arm to lift the cargo box, after landing, take down one end of the hanging chain to operate the cargo box unloading. The maximum tipping angle of the hopper can reach 86°.

Hydraulic Operating System

The hydraulic operating system of the SINOTRUK swing arm garbage truck consists of oil tank, oil pump, multi-way reversing valve, hydraulic cylinder, balance valve, hydraulic lock, oil filter and pipeline. The whole system is powered by the gearbox and power take-off, and the manual multi-way reversing valve manipulates the outrigger cylinder and swing arm cylinder to make telescopic movement. The oil pump displacement size can be regulated by the manual throttle under the car, the manual reversing valve handle control valve rod stroke to control the cylinder piston rod movement speed.
