This trailer features several upgrades compared to previous models. We have adopted a four beam design for the front part of the main beam, further reinforcing a structure that was already robust. This design not only enhances the trailer’s load bearing capacity but also significantly improves its overall structural integrity, ensuring excellent stability during prolonged heavy load operations and effectively extending the vehicle’s service life.
In addition to reinforcing the main beams, we have upgraded the side beams—increasing their height from the original 160mm to 180mm—thereby effectively enhancing their overall load bearing capacity and torsional rigidity. This improvement allows for better load distribution when handling unconventional loading scenarios, such as off center or lateral loads, preventing premature deformation or damage to the side beams. When combined with the reinforced front main beams, this creates a comprehensive structural upgrade that ensures vehicle stability under harsh operating conditions.
