Recently, an energy company from Guinea contacted us to expand their fuel transport fleet. Given the growing demand for reliable energy distribution in the region, they needed safe, highly efficient, and durable trailers. After discussing their specific operating conditions, we recommended a 3 Axle 45 CBM Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer perfectly suited for the West African market. Highly satisfied with our structural solutions and component upgrades, the client successfully placed an order for 10 units.
Operating in West African countries often presents long-term maintenance challenges for heavy-duty transport vehicles. To address this and significantly reduce future repair costs, we implemented a separate design for the tank and the chassis. If the carbon steel tank is ever damaged due to impacts, it can be easily detached and replaced, allowing the sturdy chassis to continue its service without needing to replace the entire vehicle. The 45 CBM tank is intelligently divided into 5 independent compartments, equipped with sea valves, emergency cut-off valves, API discharge valves, and manholes, ensuring safe and highly efficient multi-product fuel transport.
To guarantee ultimate reliability and performance, the entire vehicle is assembled using high-quality, premium brand components. The chassis features three 13-ton ZY brand axles, JOST 28-ton linked landing gear, a JOST 90# kingpin, and a highly responsive WABCO braking valve. In fact, this exceptional chassis durability is a key reason why our detachable tank design is so effective. The high-quality chassis is built to long outlast the tank and continue operating smoothly after a replacement. For the tires, we upgraded to 12 pieces of premium 315/80R22.5 Triangle brand tires. Compared to standard 12R22.5 tires, these provide far superior driving stability and exceptional heat dissipation under heavy loads.
Safety and attractive appearance are paramount in our designs, which is why this batch features a completely optimized new rear tail design. We added an extra set of middle lights to make the trailer significantly more visible during nighttime driving. The rear bumper is manufactured using a single, thickened piece of steel plate, drastically improving structural safety and collision resistance. Additionally, a practical folding ladder is installed; when not in use, it can be neatly folded up to maintain the trailer’s aesthetic appearance and ensure it never obscures the license plate.
Finally, to ensure the trailer withstands harsh, humid environments and maintains a pristine appearance, we utilize a rigorous three-layer painting process. The entire vehicle undergoes extensive shot blasting to completely remove welding slag. This is followed by the application of a high-quality anti-rust primer and then two coats of premium outer paint. This advanced process results in a thick, uniform, and fine finish, providing outstanding rust resistance and durability for years of reliable service.
