Three months ago, a customer from Sudan who had previously purchased a side wall semi trailer from our TRUCKMAN contacted us again. The customer wanted to purchase a prime mover truck paired with the side wall semi trailer to transport cargo from the Sudan port to Khartoum city. We then discussed the tractor truck’s configuration, price, and lead time with the customer. After that, we recommended the 6X4 430HP SHACMAN F3000 prime mover truck to this customer. The truck head is equipped with a 430HP engine, a 12 forward and 2 reverse gear transmission, and 12.00R24 desert tires. Because the trailer truck fully met the customer’s requirements, the customer quickly placed an order with us. The truck arrived in Sudan a few days ago. The customer took delivery of the truck smoothly. The truck was quickly put into operation, and the customer reported that it was running stably and that he looked forward to working with us in future.
Based on the harsh road condition and heavy load requirements, the prime mover truck is equipped with 430HP engine and 12.00R24 desert tires. The 430 horsepower engine ensures ample power when the truck is paired with a side wall semi trailer to transport large quantities of bulk cargo. This powerful engine helps prevent the truck from getting stuck on desert roads, guaranteeing efficient transportation; The 12.00R24 desert tire is particularly well suited to the local road conditions in Sudan. Besides its resistance to slipping and getting stuck in the desert, this tire’s higher elevation provides excellent ground clearance for the truck. When traversing unpaved roads, it reduces the risk of the chassis being damaged by loose stones, thus minimizing disruption to overall transport efficiency.
The road transport route from Port Sudan to Khartoum covers over 800 kilometers, placing high demands on the truck’s fuel reserves. Therefore, we equipped this tractor truck with dual fuel tanks made of aluminum alloy. The combined capacity of the two tanks is 930L, sufficient for long distance transport. The aluminum alloy fuel tanks significantly reduce the tank’s weight, helping to lower overall vehicle energy consumption and increase effective load capacity. Furthermore, the high thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy facilitates heat dissipation in high temperature environments, reducing the risk of overheating fuel and improving transport safety to some extent.
