In September, a long-term client from Côte d’Ivoire contacted us wanting to purchase two low-bed semi trailers for transporting excavators, loaders, and other construction machinery. After understanding the client’s needs, we designed the 3 Axles 70 Tons Low Bed Semi Trailer. We have exported many similar low-bed semi-trailers to the African market, and the client’s feedback has been very positive, so we recommended this model to them. The client had previously purchased SINOTRUK dump trucks and water tankers from us. We have already established a strong foundation of trust and cooperation, so we offered them a very competitive price. The client trusted us and quickly arranged payment after confirming details such as production time.
For all semi trailers exported by TRUCKMAN, even without specific customer requirements, we use components from well-known brands such as ZY and FUWA axles, JOST and FUWA landing gear, and TRIANGLE and CHAOYANG tires. These brands enjoy excellent reputations in both domestic and international markets and are widely recognized by customers. Their quality is guaranteed, their service life is longer, and replacement parts are easier to obtain compared to lesser-known brands in case of damage.
To help our clients save money, we opted to transport two semi trailers stacked together. This method reduces the overall volume and consequently lowers freight costs, as larger volumes incur higher charges. During the stacking process, we prioritized safety. We designed robust connection devices and support structures to ensure the two semi-trailers remain tightly connected and stable during transport, preventing any shaking or shifting. This minimizes transportation risks and guarantees the safe arrival of goods at their destination.
Our success in gaining wide customer recognition stems not only from the excellent quality of our semi trailers but also from the significant effort we put into transportation. For instance, considering the potential for rust during sea transport due to moisture, which could negatively impact the customer experience, we completely wrap each semi-trailer in waterproof tarpaulins before shipment to minimize the risk of rust during transit.
