In early July, a customer from Malawi contacted our sales manager, Tyne, via WhatsApp. Tyne immediately established contact and learned that the customer was engaged in the local mining industry and was interested in ordering several dump trucks for transporting ore. Based on their specific needs and our previous experience exporting to Malawi, we recommended the HOWO NX dump trucks. We have exported many of these dump trucks to various African countries, such as Ghana, Guinea, and Tanzania, and have received widespread praise. After we presented the customer with the appropriate configuration, they were very satisfied. We also shared some genuine customer feedback, which instilled a certain level of trust in us. Coupled with our competitive pricing, the customer paid a deposit shortly after finalizing the details, and we immediately arranged production for them.
After confirming the order details and receiving the deposit, we immediately arranged for production at our factory. To ensure the quality of this batch of HOWO NX dump trucks, we strictly adhered to national standards and implemented rigorous quality control at every stage. We also paid special attention to the customer’s individual vehicle configuration requirements, ensuring that each vehicle met their exact needs. Throughout the production process, we maintained close communication with the customer, providing timely updates on production progress and answering any questions. This transparent communication not only strengthened our customer’s trust in us, but also made them look forward to the delivery of these vehicles.
Considering the client’s need to transport large rocks, we used a specially designed reinforced cargo box. The container’s thickness, measuring 12mm on the bottom and 10mm on the sides, makes it more durable. Anti-smash strips are installed on the tops of the side panels to prevent rocks from directly impacting the panels during loading, thus extending the cargo box’s service life. The bottom of the cargo box features triangular reinforcement blocks, which significantly enhance its strength and prevent cracking and deformation during use. While this cargo box’s initial investment is higher than conventional specifications, it is more durable and significantly reduces downtime and production losses caused by container damage
Our customers often work in mining areas, where dust is abundant. If left untreated, the accumulated dust could damage the engine. Therefore, we used an oil-bath air filter. In dusty environments, oil-bath filters are more durable than dry-type filters, effectively handling large dust particles larger than 10 microns and eliminating the need for frequent filter replacements. While the initial cost is higher, repeated cleaning and use keep long-term maintenance costs low. Furthermore, their low intake resistance reduces equipment wear and extends engine life.
