A Trinidad and Tobago client recently contacted us, hoping to purchase a low bed trailer for transporting heavy construction machinery, such as excavators and loaders. Based on their needs, we recommended a 3-axles 80-ton gooseneck removable low bed trailer. This low bed trailer’s specifications met their needs perfectly. Furthermore, our company has exported many of these trailers, and customer feedback has consistently been positive, with consistent quality. After we provided a quote, the client, after comparing prices, ultimately found ours to be the most favorable price and configuration, ultimately choosing ours.
Considering that the client primarily uses the semi-trailer for transporting heavy machinery and that there are certain height restrictions on cargo in their area, we selected this semi-trailer for them. The front gooseneck is removable, allowing loading and unloading of heavy machinery from the front of the semi-trailer. This significantly lowers the center of gravity during loading and unloading, reducing the risk of rollover. Furthermore, thanks to the low-bed design, the overall height of the semi-trailer and cargo is significantly reduced, complying with local height restrictions.
Also considering the center of gravity during transportation, we used smaller 265/70R19.5 tires for our customers, further lowering the semi-trailer’s center of gravity. This ensures smoother transport and safer cornering and braking. These tires also offer excellent load-carrying capacity, making them suitable for medium- and long-distance, high-speed, heavy-load transport. Made of wear-resistant rubber, they offer excellent wear resistance and feature a unique heat-dissipating tread design, ensuring rapid heat dissipation in hot environments, reducing the risk of deformation and cracking. They are suitable for high-temperature regions, including tropical regions.
A customer mentioned that the paint on their previously purchased semi-trailer was easily damaged due to the working environment, resulting in a short service life. TRUCKMAN’s semi-trailers utilize both shot blasting and electrostatic spraying. Shot blasting can remove stains from the metal surface to the greatest extent possible, while also increasing the surface roughness and improving paint adhesion. Combined with electrostatic spraying, this significantly enhances paint adhesion and smoothness, extending the service life.
