In June, a customer from Ghana, who operates a local building materials company, reached out to us via WhatsApp. Interestingly, the customer discovered Truckman Automobile after noticing our contact information displayed on one of our previously exported trucks. The client required a reliable dump truck to efficiently transport stones.
Based on our extensive expertise in the Ghanaian market and a clear understanding of the client’s requirements, we recommended the HOWO NX 6X4 380HP dump truck. Production of the vehicle was completed in July, and preparations for shipment to the client’s company were finalized shortly thereafter.

Given our previous experience exporting vehicles to Ghana and the customer’s specific needs, we outfitted the dump truck with 13R22.5 TRIANGLE-brand tires. These tires rely on a tubeless design, significantly minimizing the risk of blowouts caused by overheating, which is especially practical for regions experiencing high temperatures, like Africa.
The large wheel diameter of these tires enhances load-bearing capacity, making them highly suitable for heavy-duty transport vehicles, including dump trucks and semi-trailers. This customization ensures that the truck is prepared to handle the demands of stone transportation effectively.
Tailored Cargo Box Design for Stone Transport
Understanding that the primary cargo consists of stones, we equipped the truck with a rectangular cargo box. Compared to U-shaped options, rectangular cargo boxes offer improved space utilization, enhancing the capacity to stack and organize cargo. This ensures maximum efficiency in transporting goods.
To extend the container’s durability, we included anti-smash strips at the top of the cargo box to reduce wear during loading. Furthermore, reinforcement ribs were added at key welding points, significantly increasing the container’s overall strength and resistance to damage.
