To make sure the cargo chassis could operate stably during the working, the cargo chassis is equipped with the WEICHAI brand 400HP engine.This engine delivers powerful performance, meeting the demands of heavy duty operations. This inline 6 cylinder, four stroke engine boasts a displacement of 9.726L, delivering a rated power output of 294kW at 1900rpm and a maximum torque of 1900N·m. It effortlessly meets the power demands of heavy duty vehicle transport and complex construction machinery operations, ensuring smoother hill climbing and overtaking while significantly reducing gear changes in challenging road conditions. Designed specifically for heavy duty equipment applications, this engine features a 24V electrical system and weighs approximately 875kg. Its optimized structural layout ensures high compatibility with heavy duty trucks. Meeting Euro II emission standards, it complies with non road construction and certain regional road transport emission requirements.
According to the cargo chassis’s work scenario, the cargo chassis is equipped with the TRIANGLE brand 12.00R20 tires.This tire features high load capacity and a distinctive tread pattern design. Its 18 ply all steel radial carcass construction, rated for a maximum load of 3750kg per tire and a standard inflation pressure of 830Kpa, delivers exceptional structural rigidity. When inflated, the tire maintains a cross section width of 312mm, effectively handling the heavy duty transport demands of mining vehicles. This design minimizes deformation and bulging during operation, making it well suited for the harsh conditions encountered in mining environments. Featuring the TR691E tread pattern with large blocks and reinforced ribs, combined with a custom abrasion resistant rubber compound for mining environments, this tire significantly reduces the risk of punctures and cuts from gravel and sharp rocks on mining roads. The 22mm deep tread further enhances tread wear resistance, making it suitable for complex, rugged, and gravel laden mining terrain.
Base on the customer’s requirements, the cargo chassis is also fitted with the dual warning lights on the cab roof.These two warning lights are mounted on the cab roof to enhance truck safety by alerting other vehicles and pedestrians to the truck’s movements and status. Installing them on the cab roof provides a more conspicuous warning to drivers behind to slow down. Due to their elevated position, they are less susceptible to interference from other lights. Research indicates that installing cab top warning lights can reduce rear end collision rates by 15%-20%. This demonstrates the significant importance of installing cab-top warning lights for ensuring driving safety.
