40 FT Low Bed Trailer Design
The 40 feet-ft low bed trailer loading platform size is 12400x3000mm for loading 2x20ft container and 1x40HQ container. The loading platform has a 12-pcs container lock, used to secure containers to prevent them from falling off during transport. The main beam height reaches 500mm, guaranteed to carry 80 tonnes. In addition, the width of the ladder is 850mm, which makes it easier to load and unload large machines. The length of the gooseneck has been increased to 3200mm, increasing the tensile strength of the low bed trailer.

With the same thickness, T700 high-strength steel weighs less, and the vehicle’s deadweight is lighter. A low-bed trailer made of T700 steel can pull more loads within the weight limit.
