Guinea is one of the major oil producers on the African continent, with a stable daily oil production of around 1 million barrels. According to data from the International Energy Agency (IEA), Guinea’s oil reserves are mainly distributed in the Souapiti and Focados basins, with the Souapiti oil field being one of Guinea’s largest. A client who leased an oil field in Guinea found us through a Google search and wanted to purchase oil tanker semi-trailers. We recommended 3 axles 45000 liters TRUCKMAN fuel tanker trailer with a separate tank and chassis design for easy tank replacement later. The client was very satisfied with our recommendation and quickly purchased two units from our company. Production is now complete, and the trailers are ready for shipment.
This fuel tanker semi-trailer features a low center of gravity design and a large tilt angle, coupled with an anti-rollover system (EBS) to effectively prevent vehicle rollover. The carbon steel material possesses inherent high strength, effectively resisting long-distance bumps, road impacts, and medium pressure, remaining stable even in harsh road conditions such as mines and construction sites. An internal baffle structure significantly reduces the impact of liquid sloshing on driving stability, improving transportation safety. Utilizing plasma arc double-sided welding or fully automated deep penetration welding technology, with seamless single-sided forming, ensures extremely high tank sealing, completely eliminating the risk of liquid leakage.
The TRUCKMAN fuel tanker trailer utilizes JOST outriggers, providing safe and stable support during frequent trailer swapping and heavy-duty transport, reducing tire and vehicle wear and tear, and making it suitable for high-intensity logistics environments. These outriggers are characterized by high strength and durability. The static load capacity reaches 80 tons, and the lifting capacity is 28 tons. Constructed from high-strength steel, they possess high toughness, fatigue resistance, and wear resistance. When the semi-trailer is separated from the tractor, they provide stable support to the vehicle body, preventing tilting or accidents. The lateral impact resistance design enhances safety in complex road conditions. Regular inspection of the outriggers for wear is necessary during later use to prevent damage that could compromise safety.
Oil tanker trailers can be customized to meet customer needs, featuring independent compartments and the ability to transport multiple liquid media simultaneously. Tank materials can be selected from carbon steel and aluminum alloy, employing a two-component coating process for UV resistance and salt spray protection, maintaining their appearance even after prolonged exposure to sunlight. Before export, a “wax spray protection + waterproof cloth wrapping” process can be applied, providing double protection against seawater corrosion and transport scratches. Additional features include pump-in/pump-out systems, metered fuel dispensers, insulation layers, or exhaust gas recovery and heating systems to meet diverse operational requirements. We also provide after-sales spare parts to ensure ongoing maintenance.
