A client from Burkina Faso saw the news on our website and contacted us through the contact information provided, wanting to purchase a fuel tanker semi-trailer. We learned that the client mainly wanted the semi-trailer to transport fuel to gas stations. Based on our previous experience, we designed this 3 Axles 45000 Liters Fuel Tanker Trailer for him. The client was very satisfied after receiving our quote and detailed specifications. Furthermore, we offered them a great price; the client had done some research beforehand and knew our prices were very competitive, ultimately choosing us and arranging payment.
As per the customer’s requirements, we divided the tank into 5 independent compartments, each with a volume of 9000L. The purpose of dividing the tank into several independent compartments is to allow for the transportation of different types of fuel simultaneously without mixing them. This design provides greater flexibility and efficiency in fuel delivery operations, as the client can transport multiple fuel varieties in a single trip, reducing transportation costs and time. Additionally, the independent compartments enhance safety by minimizing the risk of fuel contamination and potential chemical reactions between different fuel types.
Besides the tank body, all components use well-known brands, such as JOST landing gear, ZY axles, and TRIANGLE tires. The use of these reputable brands not only ensures the high quality of the components but also enhances the overall reliability and durability of the vehicle. These brand name components typically undergo rigorous quality testing and long-term market validation, maintaining stable performance under various harsh working environments, reducing the probability of malfunctions, thereby lowering maintenance costs and downtime, and bringing greater economic benefits to customers.
In addition to the excellent quality of the trailers themselves, our trailers undergo rigorous testing before leaving the factory to ensure that each trailer meets the factory standards. After the trailers arrive at the port, we will wrap them with waterproof tarpaulins to prevent rust and paint peeling caused by seawater corrosion during sea transport. At the same time, we will also arrange professional personnel to secure and reinforce the trailers to prevent damage caused by bumps and shaking during transportation.
