These two semi-trailers are equipped with ZY brand axles, each with a load capacity of 13 tons, and fitted with 315/80R22.5 KUNLUN brand off-road tires from Double Coin, resulting in excellent load-bearing capacity. And many sections of the customer’s logistics transportation routes are in poor condition.So we combine the off-road tires and reinforced suspension to give our trailers excellent passability in various complex road conditions.And trailers equipped with 12 container locks and large cast iron rope hooks, it can also flexibly transport a variety of goods.
The semi-trailer is made of high-quality carbon steel with thick steel plates. Both the inner and outer sides of the suspension are reinforced. The main beam is reinforced with side supports on both sides, all of them are large supports with a spacing of no more than 40cm between any two side supports. In contrast, other suppliers’ semi-trailers use alternating large and small side supports with a spacing of 50-80cm. This makes our flatbed semi-trailer significantly superior in load-bearing capacity and lifespan compared to most manufacturers on the market.
We support multiple transportation methods and will select the best option for our clients based on their needs. After discussing with our client, we decided to remove the tires from the second semi-trailer and stack it on top of the first. This method reduces the average transport space per semi-trailer, saving on freight costs. Furthermore, stacking the semi-trailers facilitates temporary storage upon arrival at the port.
