Compared to common leaf spring suspensions, this one combines the front and rear spring brackets into a single bracket, evenly distributing the load across multiple axles. This significantly enhances overall load-bearing capacity, making it particularly suitable for transporting ultra-heavy cargo. Under heavy load conditions, the rigid connection of the single-point suspension can withstand greater impact forces, preventing component loosening caused by frequent jolts.
To meet the customer’s heavy-duty needs, we used the heavy-duty ZY axle. Compared to the standard 13-ton axle, the heavy-duty version has a significantly enhanced load-bearing capacity. Made from high-strength alloy and undergoing a special heat treatment process, the heavy-duty ZY axle significantly enhances its strength and toughness. Its unique structural design effectively disperses the stress generated during driving, effectively reducing fatigue damage and extending the axle’s service life.
