HOWO 6X4 Horse Saddle

The 6×4 horse saddle is the core component connecting the tractor and the semi trailer. It adopts a horseshoe shaped wear resistant steel plate body, with a semicircular hole with a notch and a rotatable U-shaped locking hook mechanism in the center. It has the dual ability to withstand static loads and dynamic impacts, and the spring rebound force of its locking mechanism must ensure that there is no accidental unhooking during driving. In mountainous areas, when making sharp turns or on slopes, the position of the saddle directly affects the vehicle’s passability and stability.

The 6×4 horse’s fuel tank adopts a large capacity design, and the partitioned fuel storage technology is used to realize the sub packaging management of fuels of different grades to meet the needs of long distance transportation. The fuel tank shell is mostly made of aluminum alloy. Its three dimensional shape fits the frame structure, and the wind deflector reduces wind resistance.
