Compactor Garbage Truck Advantages

The reasonable working speed and excellent components can effectively control the working noise of the whole vehicle and reduce noise pollution. The joint surface between the loader and the garbage bin adopts double-layer rubber seal and is equipped with a sewage diversion device to guide the sewage into the sewage tank of the loader to prevent sewage dripping. The garbage bin, shovel, loader and other parts that come into contact with the garbage are made of high-strength steel or wear-resistant steel to ensure excellent overall rigidity and wear resistance.

The box body is made of 5mm thick Q345 manganese steel plate of national standard. The arc-shaped design has no ribs, which is light and strong. Thickened steel plates are used in the bottom and loader area to enhance durability. The welding process adopts no weld or integral forming technology (such as the side plate and the reinforcing beam are formed in one piece) to avoid fatigue failure and water leakage problems of traditional welding process.
