At the client’s request, we used a 30,000-liter aluminum alloy tank, significantly reducing weight. The tank’s interior is also coated to effectively prevent corrosion. Aluminum alloy tanks are 30%-40% lighter than traditional steel tanks. For every 100 kg reduction in weight, fuel consumption decreases by 0.4-0.8 liters per kilometer, significantly reducing transportation costs. The naturally formed oxide film on the aluminum alloy surface effectively resists chemical corrosion, extending service life and reducing maintenance costs.

In addition, considering that the customer’s area is a coastal region with high temperatures and heavy rainfall, we use technologies such as shot blasting and electrostatic spray painting to produce the tank body. After shot blasting, the oxide scale, rust and dirt can be completely removed, greatly improving the surface cleanliness and finish, and providing a more solid adhesion foundation for subsequent painting. The coating formed after electrostatic spraying is smooth and flat, with strong adhesion, and is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and weather-resistant, extending the service life of the water tank.
