Road Sweeper Truck Protective Device

The sweeper truck has a reversing protection device, in case of emergency reversing during operation, the intelligent control system will automatically stop the operation and retrieve the sweeper, suction cup and side spray bar; it has the protection to prevent the lifting bin from overturning; and it has the overhaul safety protection. It has a safety protection device for lifting the dustbin, which ensures that the dustbin cannot be lifted when the rear door is not opened. When the safety bar is not lowered, the intelligent system will prohibit the dumpster from returning to the position, which can effectively prevent accidents during maintenance.

Road Sweeper Truck Tank Body

The dustbin of this sweeper truck is made of 3mm stainless steel, which can prevent general corrosion and prolong the service life. The sewage tank adopts a large plane slope structure, and the maximum discharge angle can reach 50 degrees, which is easier to dump the rubbish. The sewage tank is equipped with an overflow prevention alarm device and a high-pressure spray cleaning device. The overflow prevention alarm device prevents the sewage from overflowing from the suction pipe during operation and causing secondary pollution; the high-pressure spray cleaning device can automatically clean the sewage tank after dumping the rubbish, which greatly reduces the labour intensity of the operators.
